Registration Cancellation
The CISC Symposium Planning Team will accept cancellations and issue refunds until 11:59 p.m. PST on December 8, 2024. Any cancellation on or after December 8, 2024 will be non-refundable.
Registration Transfers
In lieu of cancellation, registrants will have the option of sending a replacement attendee. Attendees can transfer registrations until February 14, 2025. To send a replacement attendee, please contact the CISC Symposium Planning Team.
Payment Deadlines
Payment is required prior to attending the 2025 CISC Leadership Symposium. Both Credit Card and Check payments are accepted through January 31, 2025. After January 31, 2025, only Credit Card payments will be accepted.
